SUCCESS STORY


The Plant City Water Reclamation Facility uses about half of its 10 MGD average treatment capacity, but 14% of the flow into the facility is from industrial sources. The plant was upgraded for Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorous removal and very stringent Water Reuse standards between 2004 to 2008. During that same period, the plant installed dual ChemScan Process Analyzer Systems to help operate the plant and maintain compliance with strict nutrient limits.

​​The RDOX Optical Dissolved Oxygen Sensor now available with stainless steel body 
​​​The ChemScan rugged dissolved oxygen (RDO) RDOX probe, with its proprietary membrane protection layer, is the most abrasion-resistant optical DO probe available for measuring dissolved oxygen (DO) in demanding wastewater process environments. A machined stainless steel body option is now available for added confidence in the harshest environments. The RDO EPA Approved Method allows NPDES permit holders to monitor influent, effluent and treatment processes. The RDOX probe is immediately auto calibrated upon cap installation for ease of use and high accuracy.
